Unable to Move Message

I have one user who is having issues deleting messages from both her iphone and ipad.  She receives the following error "Unable to Move Message the message could not be move to the mailbox trash."  In looking this error up I see if only referenced to imap accounts, this is an activesync setup.  Any idea?  One of the issues is occurring on a brand new iphone and it was happening on her old iphone also, so I don't know that its a hardware thing.

Make sure no IMAP settings are still on their (if not needed).

Also try this:
Outgoing mail server - Advanced - mailbox behavior - deleted mailbox - trash - on the server - trash - ticked

Yes, you did say it twice, thanks for reminding me, sorry.

Try this please, there are two different solutions that seemed to solve this type of problem. One was to remove then add the account again.
