I have an EMC Clariion AX4-5 system that needs it's Flare updated. I have the pbu file. Should I upgrade using USM or Navisphere Express? Or does it make any difference?

I'd suggest using Navisphere Express. I'd be surprised if the AX4-5 is supported under USM.

Thanks. I used Navisphere Express, but now it won't read the OS on my SATA II drives. If I connect to the server it finds the drives in Drive Manager, but it wants to initialize them. Any suggestions?

I got with emc support and they fixed it. Since I have only 1 fiber card, it picked the wrong path. They changed to the correct path and it found the data after rebooting the server.
