I am trying to do a lookup but my data includes a special character - a plus +

In Excel it is erroring and in Google Sheets, it is causing further issues with wrong values being returned.

I have uploaded a spreadsheet which shows the issue.

Column D is devised by looking for column F in A and returning value in B

Thanks

Aidan

Use this formula
=VLOOKUP(F2,A:B,2,0)
