Exchange DB Backup fails

My Exchange 2010 Server is a hosted VM in the Cloud at a Data center.  I am doing my Exchange backups using Ameri Vault or know as its called now Restart I.T.  My backup suddenly started failing saying that the database is not mounted at the time the backup is trying to run at about 7pm CST.  From the best I can tell the exchange DB is not dis-mounting at that time and we are not having any issues with email flow.  Here is the log file from the backup:

I have checked the event viewer and thee is no indication that the database is dismounting at all.  Can anyone offer any insight to what the issue might be?  My data center vendor and software vendor want me to run ESEUTILS to see if my exchange environment is healthy, we are not having any obvious email issues.

On Exchange 2010 there is no need to run eseutil, which isn't risk free.
Just create a new database (you can have up to four) and then move all content to a new database and drop the original.

Is the server fully patched?

Thanks for the info.  I will make sure the Server is patched up and see how it goes after that.  If the backup still fails then I will do as suggested.

Checked to see if Server was patched up, saw that Update Rollup 7 For Exchange 2010 SP3 was available as an update.  However, when I tried to install from Automatic updates it failed.  So I manually downloaded the Roll Up 7 update and attempted to install it but it failed again giving me the following message:

The user who's currently logged on does not have sufficient permissions to install this package.  You need at least Exchange Server Administrator permissions on the current computer to complete this task.  I am logged in as the Domain Administrator.

Domain Admin does not mean you are going to be an Exchange Server admin.
If the permissions have been screwed around with, or the Windows profile is corrupt you can get those kinds of errors.
Do you have another Domain Admin level account you can try it with?

Administrator appears to have all of the required rights to run the backup.  This backup job as been running for the last year without any issues and is suddenly failing every night.............
