Outlook on Office 365 is taking ages to download the address book

Outlook 2013 is taking ages to download the address book and it never actually download it ...turning off Exchange Cache Mode and then try to download but nothing.

It does not report any error just the tasks never completed.

Any help please?

Try with different PC, different network location if possible. Make sure the OAB URL is not blocked by anything (check proxy, etc). Check these articles as well:
