Copying and Pasting Between Mac OSX 10.9.5 and Parallels 10/Windows does not work with:

Ctl-C, Ctl-V or CMD-C, CMD-V or combinations of these.

Options set per:
 http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v6/docs/en/Parallels_Desktop_Users_Guide/30245.htm

And:
Parallels Icon...Configure...Options...Advanced...Share Mac Clipboard/Preserve Text Formatting

For example, copy Safari address [Ctrl-C] and paste [Ctrl-V] to Windows 8.1/ NoteTab Pro fails to paste.

Parallels has Tools, just like VMware. Try reinstalling the Parallels Tools to see if this helps.  I have Tools properly installed in VMware and that allows copy and paste, so that is why I suggest this.

@MARSPATH  - Thanks for the update and I am glad you have it fixed. Yes, you need the Tools installed, but reinstall can help if already installed.
