Minify js and css

We want to reduce the load time on our website. One of the suggestions from Google Analytics is to Minify the js and css. I was wondering what would be the best way to go about it. I am using ASP.NET 4.0 as the development framework and Visual Studio 2013 as the IDE.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
