Minify js and css

We want to reduce the load time on our website. One of the suggestions from Google Analytics is to Minify the js and css. I was wondering what would be the best way to go about it. I am using ASP.NET 4.0 as the development framework and Visual Studio 2013 as the IDE.

THEY ARE AVAILABLE FREE . YOU CAN USE THE ONE FROM YAHOO

you can try this free online service to minify javascript  and minify css, so it will reduce the size of web page.
