We have a Cisco 2851 switch setup for VOIP with an FXO card. An employee came and setup the hardware into a rack.

Now, we can receive incoming calls, but as soon as we attempt an outgoing call it drops it.

Any ideas?

Please sanitize and upload your config. Probably a dial-peer issue.
