How do I mail merge a group of entries intended for a single recipient?

In this scenario I have a list of servers and the people who built them.

The fields that are relevant from the data data is as follows. Server,Description,BuiltBy,E-Mail,Note

So I can perform a mail merge that will be sent to each person that built the server(s) (BuiltBy) to their Email containing the details of the Server,Description,Note contained within the data for each server that matches them.

The idea behind this, is that I can flag servers for audit on a separate system and format the data in this way. It can then be mail merged for convenience.

Is this a simple process?

You could use the add-in from Gmayor
