DNS Loopback - NS Misconfiguration?

I'm getting the following reports from MX tools when I search my MX records, causing inbound mail delays.  Please help.  Domain name is sosi.com.

  0  g.gtld-servers.net  192.42.93.30  NON-AUTH  93 ms  Received 4 Referrals , rcode=NO_ERROR    NS      ns1.sosiltd.com,NS      ns0.sosiltd.com,NS      ns20.sosltd.com,NS ns22.sosiltd.com,  

  1  ns1.sosiltd.com  67.91.224.74  NON-AUTH  93 ms  Timeout after 3 sec, rcode=NO_ERROR      

  1  ns20.sosltd.com  67.91.224.74  NON-AUTH  93 ms  Loop Prevented, rcode=NO_ERROR      

  1  ns22.sosiltd.com  67.102.48.226  NON-AUTH  93 ms  Timeout after 3 sec, rcode=NO_ERROR      

  1  ns0.sosiltd.com  67.91.224.74  NON-AUTH  93 ms  Loop Prevented, rcode=NO_ERROR

There is no mx records in that DNS servers. Also your NS servers are flapping now. Please first check networking level, after it reboot dns server. if still it is continue force your ISP to provide stable channel to you.
