We are migrating from exchange 2010 to exchange 2013 in inter org migration.

can u suggest following

•      How do we manage mailboxes when we move  to another domain in interorg migration
•      How do we manage the forwarding from one domain to another domain ? It needs to be done in Exchange –
•      How do we move Good accounts from from one domain to another domain. We kind of expect that we’ll have to unenroll and re-enroll people in Good, but what are the steps?
