This question doesnt make sense?

Do you just want to install Java onto your DC?
Do you want to install Java on your clients via a GPO? Do you want to control the Java prompts via GPO?

If you want to install Java onto your DC, take a system restore point and then install the latest version of Java from their website. Once done disable the updater in Control Panel.

Ok,

To roll out Java via GP it will need to be done as a software package via an MSI

To extract the Java msi use this link:
https://www.java.com/en/download/faq/msi.xml

Once deployed you will need to target the client registrys to stop the auto updater
