remote mailbox - autodiscovery error

User created with in office 365 mailbox dirsync and a hybrid server inplace

when the user connect to web mail it work when he trying to do outlook client it cant do the autodiscovery.

i went to exchange m console cant find user.

very confused

If you have a Hybrid configuration in place, meaning that you are doing ADFS and SSO, then you need to create the user on the Exchange On-Premise side, not the Office 365 side.

Autodiscover should also point to the on premise servers in Hybrid mode, not the Office 365 account.
