Why did outlook quit syncing on all devices?

I have an Exchange 2010 Server. My laptop and desktop have Outlook 2013 on them and I use an iPhone. All three devices were syncing and working perfectly until a week or two ago. Now if I delete email in ANY of the three it doesn't delete on the other two. Any idea what is causing this or how to troubleshoot it?

most probably synchronization problem i think you should wait until synchronize and may have to restart server.

If the sync was an issue it would br effecting more than one user, is it only you effected by this issue?

Server just started working. We didn't do anything. It just began to work.
