Exchange 2010 SP3 Outlook 2013 Not showing all GAL accounts missing one but on Outlook 2010 i can see it

New Exchange server 2010 SP3  and 2 new stations on Outlook 2013
6 Users but on the Outlook 2013 Stations I Only see 5 users on the Outlook 2010 Stations I see all six
How do I force this to work

It is happened to all Outlook 2013? try close the outlook and rename the xxxx.oab file to xxxx.oab1. Restart the Outlook 2013
