Backing up data on Amazon EC2 instance?

hi guys

I'd like to know whether any of you use any 3rd party services to backup the data on an Amazon EC2 instance? I need a backup every night of the actual EC2 instance and the database too. Any ideas what various ways are to do it?

Thanks
Yashy
