I have a modem &quot;pcle soft voice softring modem with smartcp&quot; when it answers the phone the voice output is garbled, but the in put voice is fine. I have tried it with several software and it does the same with all the software.<br />
I checked the wav and it it is good. and I have tried it with windows xp windows 7 and windows 8 all the same.<br />
I don't know if it might be a modem voice command that I need to change or not.
