Does the CISCO UC560 allow for the "Hot Desking" feature using the SPA504G phones? If so what version of UC is required

Customer needs to be able to log off an user extension from a SPA504G phone and log in with another completely different user extension number. I believe this feature is called Hot Desking.
If this can be done I need to know what version of UC this feature is available for.

Extension Mobility in the Cisco world, available in version 8 for UC560.
