Unable to view or save contacts/groups in Lync 2013

Hello

I have recently lost access to all contacts in Lync 2013 for Office 365.  I can search for contacts, but I am unable to save new contacts/groups or see existing ones.

I've tried reinstalling Lync, resetting the profile in the Registry and User Directory, but it still fails.

I@m able to sign into Lync fine, can see the Lync Contacts in Outlook, and Lync on my iphone works fine.

Any ideas what I am missing?

Thanks

Seems like an autodiscover issue. Right click on the Lync icon in the tray while holding CTRL, select Configuration Information. Note the values for EWS External URL, EWS Information, GAL or server based search, Contact List Provider.

You can also clear the local cache: C:\Users\account\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_user@domain.com

Lastly, make sure that Outlook has a default profile set and that it matches the profile you use with Lync.
