Citrix SSL issue

I am needing assistance with a new install of Citrix ZenApp 7.6.  I have the following problem when I attempt to access applications and the desktop from outside the office,

An SSL connection could not be established: The server sent a security certificate identifying mygateway.mydomain.com, but the SSL connection was to 10.10.10.30. This message was reported from the Citrix XML Service at address https://10.10.10.30:443/scripts/ctxsta.dll[UnknownRequest]. The specified Secure Ticket Authority could not be contacted and has been temporarily removed from the list of active services.

I have looked to see why it sees the ip address, but I am at a loss.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

if you protect the STA with HTTPS, the certificate has to mach the configured STA-URL at the gateway and SF.
If your certificate points to mygateway.mydomain.com you should use https://mygateway.mydomain.com/scripts/ctxsta.dll
make sure your gateway is able to resolve the name.

for testing only you can change from HTTPS://... to HTTP only (http://mygateway.mydomain.com/scripts/ctxsta.dll).

Thank you for your response, the STA was where the issue was located.  I had the IP Address instead of the URL.
