I am needing assistance with a new install of Citrix ZenApp 7.6. I have the following problem when I attempt to access applications and the desktop from outside the office,
An SSL connection could not be established: The server sent a security certificate identifying mygateway.mydomain.com, but the SSL connection was to 10.10.10.30. This message was reported from the Citrix XML Service at address https://10.10.10.30:443/scripts/ctxsta.dll
t]. The specified Secure Ticket Authority could not be contacted and has been temporarily removed from the list of active services.
I have looked to see why it sees the ip address, but I am at a loss. Any assistance would be appreciated.
