I am having a problem that I put a bunch of ads in my msn account and suddenly after it's been running a while they are showing up in my error log with a double slash after my website name.
like www.kars4kids.org//index.asp
A. the page load just fine for me with the double slashes, does it error in only certain browsers?
B. Why is this happening? Any way I can control it?

In MSN what is your base url
What url are you using for the ads
Looks like a simple solution would be to remove a slash from somewhere.

My ppc people claim the ad has  the url properly:
www.kars4kids.org/index.asp
and in our logs it's showing up as
www.kars4kids.org//index.asp with an error.

There is no redirect happening on your side (apart from the obvious) to account for it so it must be them.
