It is not happening on all the servers, 10% of the servers we are facing this issue, any thoughts?
no clue in event viewer
there is site talking about it: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/330a3a17-0091-475f-a09e-538f605f7ae2/multiple-servers-hung-on-reboot-after-installing-the-following-april-2014-updates-anyone-else?forum=winserver8gen
but they are very specific to Apr patches, but for our it is very random, it comes in any patching cycle. we didn't notice whether is it happening on the same set of servers.

Raised ticket with Microsoft, they couldn't find the resolution, they are suspecting problem with antivirus drivers and vmware tools drivers.
