Hi All

We got a brand new blackberry passport. We used the blackberry link software and used the device switch process. This backed up the old blackberry and restored to the blackberry passport phone.

It is a tough one as i dont have the phone to fully check but ive been told that the contacts are now all wrong and in the contacts there are names without phone numbers and phone numbers without names which are all separate. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Or should the switch process be done in another way? Im a bit of a blackberry newbie. Any suggestions will be greatly recieved

Thanks

David
