IBM Notes error by trying to share a document

I am working on any office document (2013) and when I try to send it through the mail (IBM Lotus Notes Social Edition), I receive the following two messages (attached in 2 JPGs) , I have checked the default programs and seems to be OK. I do know that it is a notes related error, because If I try to send a PDF,, I get the same error messages. Should I  reinstall the IBM Lotus Notes software?

Somehow, MAPI isn't set up correctly. Afaik, Office should be installed before Notes. Did you do that? And your default mail client is set to Notes? See the Internet Preferences on your Configuration Panel. I assume that you are the currently active Notes user and that you logged in successfully.

Thank you Sir!,, Yes ,, I am a Notes user and can enter to my mail client without of problems. I have also defined my Notes mail client as the default.  Finally let me tell you that my home bookmark is Ok,, because every time I open the lotus notes mail client, it always open on my mail view.

So I think I must reinstall the Notes client , correct? .

I've requested that this question be deleted for the following reason:

I solved this issue by re installing the Lotus notes SW,, I wouldn't  like to do this.

I checked about your recommendations but unfortunately it didn't work, so I had to reinstall all the image . Sorry

One of my recommendations was:

So reinstalling Notes would seem to be a logical thing to do...

Yes, I understand,, and basically  it was done like you said,, but suddenly I started to have these messages error , so I needed a faster solution , I didn't realize that I was going to need to reinstall everything again.

AS I comment, I needed a faster solution,, although this one worked,, I would think avoid reinstalling  the software
