copy database in exchange 2010 is fails

when I try to make copy of database in same site to another server it's fails and give me this error


The WinRM client cannot complete the operation within the time specified. Check if the machine name is valid and is reachable over the network and firewall exception for Windows Remote Management service is enabled. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

Please check the authentication settings on the "PowerShell" virtual directory. Also see if the MSExchangePowerShellAppPool exists and is selected for this virtual directory.

If that doesn't help you please look into the below link to troubleshoot the WinRm errors. Remember to set it back to your normal settings after running the troubleshooter.
