Is there a way in AD to force all users, all browsers to have the save homepage?

I am building out a SharePoint system and want, no need, everyone, no matter which browser they use, to have the homepage as their default.

As SharePoint is really only guaranteed to work in IE8 or at best in a later version of IE in IE8 mode, then I wouldn't worry too much about that as a request.

But ignoring sharepoint, it is not possible to FORCE the homepage in ALL Possible browsers no.
