HI Experts

I have an issue with vRanger 4.5.3, after a successfull upgrade of vCenter from 4.0 to 4.1, now when I tried to restore a VM vRanger is showing the error message below:

se contact Vizioncore support if the problem persists, error message WebServiceConnection DTO invalid

Buckup jobs are working good but I can't do VMs restauration, any idea please

Hi

I solved the issue by changing the Database credentials with a power user
