office 2013 upgrade

We just got some Office 365 Business Premium licenses bought, planning to upgrade Office 2010 on a few computers to 2013. Is there anything we should be aware of when coming to this upgrade? Is this a straight forward upgrade or there are some services that can be broken. For example, will we need to re-enter the email account in the new Outlook client or is the upgrade transparent when coming to these accounts.

Thank you for your help.
