DFRS member not replicating

We currently have a DFRS member that is not replicating to the other two.  The problem we have is that some people have updated files on one of the members and also on the other member.  The issue started when one of the servers had a failure which caused the replication to stop.  Can we use dfrsadmin to mark one as primary to get things kicked off without worrying about overwriting data?

No. You.have to worry about losing data. Look at the DFS-R event logs. It will tell you exactly what you need to do to restart replication. You need to run something from the command line, and the event log will give you exact syntax. You should have full backup of the files from the healthy and unhealthy server.
