Social Media Managers - How manage all my customer's Social Networks?

Can anyone recommend an Application/Software/Service to help us manage many different sets of Social Media sites?
We have multiple Clients who have multiple websites that have multiple login accounts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. We are drowning of course to keep up with it all and to know what is done & not done.
A quick Google search shows me that there is help out there! But does not show me the "useful" products from the riff-raff.
Thanks

How many clients are we talking and what's your budget?

Initially about 6-8 different clients (different business identities).
Budget-wise, I am not sure that I know enough about the solutions yet to determine that. But we are servicing small businesses that are mostly local for this project, so open-source solutions or not-too-expensive solutions are options more suited to us.
By the way, internally we run Mac 60% & Windows 40%, with dedicated Linux/Apache/PHP/MySQL Servers.

For an all in one account with multiple clients you will be paying big money

Best option is probably Hootsuite and create accounts for each client, maybe get away with the free version...

Thanks Gary. I'll check out Hootsuite. At a quick glance it looks interesting.
I spoke to my finance guy, he says that $100 - $150 per Month is OK. Having said that, any other suggestions besides Hootsuite?

There are "all in one's" starting at $500 a month (don't know of any cheaper - "There's money in them there hills") and others starting at $10,000 a year...which for 8 clients isn't justified

Hootsuite is pretty much the best of the bunch and the most popular, I don't think any others come close to it.

But if you must...

...though I've no experience of them
