I've got a problem with ceo calendar update via active sync.<br />
<br />
Everything works fine if a new appointment is inserted on the ceo's calendar by his secretary.<br />
<br />
&nbsp;(she has editor pemission on the calendar). If Ceo's secretary changes an existing appointament modification aren't replicated on ceo Iphone.<br />

I checked IIS log without notice someting strange.<br />
<br />
Also check didn't show any issue.<br />
<br />
What are the further troubleshooting that I can take to investigate the issue.<br />
My enviroment is exchange 2010 sp3<br />
