Hi ,

I've got a problem with ceo calendar update via active sync.

Everything works fine if a new appointment is inserted on the ceo's calendar by his secretary.

(she has editor pemission on the calendar). If Ceo's secretary changes an existing appointament modification aren't replicated on ceo Iphone.

I checked IIS log without notice someting strange.

Also check didn't show any issue.

What are the further troubleshooting that I can take to investigate the issue.
My enviroment is exchange 2010 sp3
Thanks a lot

Login to OWA and determine if the change to the calendar is pushed to the Exchange Server.

If it is but not to the mobile, remove the calendar from the account on the mobile and re-add it, then test again.  Worst case, remove the account from the mobile and add it back again.

If it isn't pushed to OWA, then the problem is in Outlook, so close it down, delete the .OST file and open up Outlook again and let it suck down the mailbox again, then test.
