Office SPLA License for RDP Question

Hi,

I just want to clear up the licensing for Office, via SPLA when used on an RDP server.  

Is the license count based on number of concurrent office users ?    So if we have 40 users, and 10 office licenses, any 10 of those users can use an Office product concurrently ?

no you will need 40 licenses you must report office per user
