there are cisco simulation lab and toolkit
https://learningnetworkstore.cisco.com/cisco-learning-labs

PacketLife Community Lab (http://packetlife.net/lab/) - Currently offline until November, the PacketLife community Lab provides free access to "modern" Cisco networking equipment for training purposes.

Free Cisco Catalyst Switch Lab (http://labswitch.blogspot.sg/) - This non-commercial effort provides free 24x7 access to Cisco Catalyst switches to learn networking, Cisco IOS, and prepare for certification exams. It requires no reservation or registration. Users telnet in to get 80-90 minutes per session on each console line, a one hour waiting period, and a two hour reset period.

Router Forensic online cisco based training (backend run on Python). It is run on hardened Debian OS and based on Network Appliance Forensic Toolkit by the project owner. Check out the blog on the lab in brief. Maybe even good to attend the training to get in touch, there is online booking for access..

MIMIC Virtual Lab Cloud (http://www.gambitcomm.com/site/products/cloud_vlab.shtml) is an on-line lab accessible over the Internet. It consists of a hosted cloud of CCNA lab pods. Within seconds you can connect to a pod to practice Cisco IOS commands on various Cisco Routers and Switches. It allows a hands-on learning experience without having to buy expensive equipment.

Other kit - Cisco simulators (http://www.ciscoconsole.com/free-cisco-lab-simulators.html)

Hello BTAN
thanks  for responding.

I don't think I made myself clear.

I'm looking to find links on how to create my own online  virtual lab, with a view to allowing studetns to access the lab.

Cheers

the shared posting are baseline if I will to see it as reference to what is needed, specifically to set up, you likely to be very  VM centric which the below posting may help further

Hi btan,

Looking back, you're right. The first suggestion provides food for thought.

Also, the second suggestion, in particular 'Building VM lab' is gravy.

Thank you very much mate.
