Word Press Form Maker with Authorize.net integration

I need a form builder plugin in WordPress that will let me collect customer payment info (the standard stuff), has snagit or equivalent to verify human input & uses Authorize.net to process payment. It needs to do all the obvious stuff like returning to the form if payment rejected by authorize.net retaining all entered values, same if snagit entry was invalid, etc.

I need the ability to specify a Word Press site page to go to upon successful payment processing.

Thanks

Gravity Forms with Developer's License.  Will cost you $199 but worth it.

Jason C. Levine,

It looks at a glance like it might work for building the form.

Can you specify your own custom processing page (custom php that I write) to prrocess the form data?

Yes and no.  Gravity Forms will process the data no matter what but it has a full API of hooks and filters so passing the submitted data to a custom function, script, site, or database is possible.
