counting blanks in pivot table

Instead of doing a count of "Details" in the Values section, do a count of OS instead.

Great Glenn. That was helpful. Now the other thing i would like is to get counts of blanks separately for Apple blanks and Windows 7  blanks and not show total blanks at the bottom as I got with this solution.
