Hi All,

I have SharePoint 2010, but do not see an option for InfoPath.  Is there a way to add this?

What version of SharePoint 2010? Foundation, Standard or Enterprise?

InfoPath Services are an Enterprise feature. You're not going to see the option without a license upgrade.

If your users have InfoPath filler installed such forms are fairly portable. They can be emailed around, and presumably stored on SharePoint and filled in. You would lack all integration of course, because the InfoPath Services wouldn't be operating. But some functionaility would be possible, as Filler is basically just another Office tool dealing with content for you.

Without Filler or InfoPath Designer being available to clients, nothing would be possible.
