SIP ID in AD not syncing with Exchange Online.

99% of the SIP ID's in AD deleted correctly and Synced fine with Exchange Online.
I have one user where I delete his SIP ID in AD (used the clear option) and dirsynced with Exchange Online. In AD his SIP is now blank, but no matter what I do his SIP ID in Online will not change. I tried to change it in the console in exchange online and it says it is synced local and I cant change it online.
Is there a script to change change the SIP in Exchange Online?
