How to connect to Windows 2008 R2 via secure RDP.

I was wondering if someone could give me a easy solution to secure rdp on a windows 2008 R2 std box? We have a sql server which will be accessed by a third party billing company and I was wondering if there is an easy way to secure rdp? through a local certificate or anything that does not require a massive infrastructure or network changes.

Do they have to use RDP or can they use just SQL access .. they could vpn into your system and rdp from there.. but rdp itself is encrypted just have to give them an account with narrowed restrictions and a secure (long) password.  You could try and use security by obscurity by changing the rdp port to other than 3389
