Hi,
First im Using SQL server 2014

Reporting Services Configuration Manager

Goto Service Account  -->
   Change Use build in account
   to Use another account
after restart the sql Server reorting services i got this message below.
I try rsactivate
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn

rsactivate -r -c "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Reporting Services\ReportServer\RSReportServer.config"

But its showing rsactivate is not recogninized

Error rsReportServerDisabled: The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content and then restart the service.

Can some one help me to solve this issue.thx

the encryption key is paired with the service account, when you change the account, you change the encryption key.

To resolve:
-restore the encryption key for the previous service account
OR
- rebuild your data sources
OR
- configure SSRS with the previous service account
- test the data sources,
- backup encryption key
- configure SSRS with the new service account
- restore encryption key
