Outlook and importing from excel - set the reminder

Experts,

I am importing calendar entries into Outlook from excel.  I am having a tough time setting any reminder.  It continually defaults to 15 minutes.  

I have read a post and the mapping is something to pay attention to and I have checked my mapping and it is correct.  I also understand that the reminder needs to first be turned on.  I have also turned it on by using TRUE as shown below.

What else am I missing?  

Reminder      Reminder on/off
1 week               TRUE
2 days               TRUE

Hi, thanks for the response.  The question was actually asked by me :)

I have it mapped out correctly.  I am using the same names as the mapped fields in OL.

Any other ideas?

I dont know if you could try a simple import into OL and let me know how to set the reminder correctly.

one note is that you have to make sure the alarm is turned on or else even after you change the notify beforehand, it will not work.  When switching to list view in OL, per the video, you can see they do not  make this point and it would have been more clear if the author of the video included "alarm" as one of the fields to drag in to see if it was turned on.  

I dont believe OL has a field "remind beforehand" and even though my mapping is correct with Reminder ON/OFF, Reminder Date, and REminder Time and formatted as time or date it still does not import a reminder any other time than 15 minutes.  Odd.  I think "remind beforehand" should be a field to map to but it is not.
