I have a Macmini with OSX Mavericks and Parallels 10 installed. Can I upgrade to OSX Yosemite  without corrupting current Parallels 10/Windows 8.1 installation?

Probably yes.  However, make a copy of your Windows 8.1 machine on another media first - just in case. Otherwise, upgrade your OS, Parallels should be fine and your VM won't be altered at all.
