I merged the cells that read "6 inch Horses" and "4 inch God Bless America" by selecting the cells, right-clicking them, selecting Format Cells --> Alignment and checking the "Merge Cells" box.  Then in the same box, I selected the appropriate Text orientation on the right hand side of the dialog box.

As far as sizing the cells, I just tried to make sure all the center boxes were square (60 pixels horizontally and vertically) and the longer cells were sized equally (40 pixels wide or high, as appropriate).  Then I colored the cells that you had text in.

Make sense?
