3CX & outbound call with SN 4524

Hello,
I have a problem with 3CX & Patton SN 4524 with two FXO and 2 FXS ports (which do not use), I created the configuration file using the model responsible for the 4524 (though it is reported with 4 FXO), but I can receive incoming call but outgoing call   does not work.
When I try from internal extension to call an external number the call arrive on SN (with the correct number, such as 02,345,678) but then I get a busy message.
What can I check?

Outbound audio usually a firewall issue

in the netowork there is no firewall and then with an previous PBX Asterisk based with all previous work.

in log file I read this:

I inserted manually, into the configuration of Patton, the passwords for extensions 10000 and 10001 (used for authentication 3cx / Patton) and now I log in:

I solved the problem using the version of firmware 5 on patton.

the problem was in the configuration file generated by 3CX that is not compatiile with version 6 firmware on Patton, I installed version 5 and the file generated by 3CX went well
