How do I print using the Google Cloud Print app with my new Samsung Galaxy Note Tab Pro?

Google Cloud Print app does not seem to work with my new Samsung Galaxy Note Tab Pro.  Long press on a PDF file > Export should give Google Cloud Print option like on older tablets, but doesn't.

I have a windows 2008 terminal server with multiple printers attached.  I installed the Google Cloud Drive Connector service and added several of the printers.  With this setup, I can print on and old Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with Google Cloud Print app installed.  I just can't do the same with my new Samsung Galaxy Note Pro - Google Cloud Print is installed, but the Cloud Print icon is missing.  It's neither in the Apps list nor does it show up as an option when I Export a file.

Check your apps under the Play store to see if its installed:

If you’re missing some or all of your installed apps when viewing the My Apps section of Google Play, it’s possible that you’re using Google Play with the wrong account. Follow these steps to switch your account:

Open the Google Play Store app
Press Menu and then touch Accounts
Select a different account to use

The app is installed, but isn't functioning as it does with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 running Android 4.1.2.

I have found a workaround by installing Cloud Print plus then Authorizing it to use the printers in my Google Cloud Print account.  This app does show up as an Export... option on my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro running Android 4.4.2 (the Google Cloud Print app itself does not show up).

So the printers plug-in is installed and enabled?

Yes. I have Google Cloud Print Service running on a Terminal Server with Windows 2008 R2 and I have Cloud Print "on" under Settings>Connections>More Networks>Printing on my new Tablet.  Again, the Google Cloud Print app works correctly with my older Samsung Galaxy Note 2 running Android 4.1.2.  There's just something about the new OS 4.4.2 on my Galaxy Note Pro that the app is either incompatible with or maybe I'm just unaware of the correct settings.

Which google account is cloud print associated to?

drmerwinAuthor Commented:
I'd rather not post the email address in this public forum, but there's only one Google Account on the tablet.  It's the same Google Account that is on my older tablet where Google Cloud Print is functioning properly.  For what it's worth, the account does not have a gmail address associated with it.  Does that help?

I'm baffled. Maybe generating a gMail account will help, but I'm not sure. It may well be an incompatibility with 4.4.2. This may be a question to pose on a Samsung forum (because Samsung do personalise their versions of android).
