office 365 SharePoint windows explore extremly slow

Hi,
I using the office 365 SharePoint ,   and I using the "using windows explore" to upload multi files , it is extremly slow,

my internet connect is 14Mb upload , usually I get 1MB/sec for upload file to google drive,

but for upload to sharepoint , I get 40KB/sec !!!!!!!!!!!
any idea?

Do you get better speed when uploading via the browser/OneDrive?
