There are some locations which are far away each others in the company and users are travelling to different locations so when they try to log-in to free installed available windows 8 computers at that locations, it takes long time to create new profiles for the first time..the thing to worry is that we use citrix infrastructure and we have virtual workplaces so how can we reduce the time of new profile creation by using Virtual workplace solutions or how to improve?

You must reduce size of roaming profile, you can select which parts of it go to local disk using GPO. Just take profile of user complaining. Check with windirstat. Found something cool? OK, exclude that from roaming. Wait for next user to complain... repeat..
