When searching for an email address within the company recieves full OU adress and then says 'recipient error' when he sends to it.

the phone is showing legacyExchangeDN rather than the norman @ addresses.

Example  /O=CT net /OU = Action Lane (the x500 addresse)

The phone is Motorola Moto G running latest version of Android.

The user is using Exchange 2010.

Guys the less questions you ask me the better as this is pretty much all what I know : )

Any help will be highly appreciated

Thank you very much.

The latest version of Android?  And I have to ask - do you mean KitKat 4.4.4 or 4.4.2 - it makes a difference?  KitKat 4.4.2 is frought with problems.  Also if this was a software upgrade and the operating system did NOT come with the phone - 4.4.2 has been known to completely scramble applications on phones as well as frying some SD cards.  The only resolution in these cases is to do a factory reset and redownload the upgrade then do any personalizations.
