Hello, budgeting time is upon us and I am looking to increase my knowledge.  I know about Microsoft free training and while that is good, I don't care for the structure too much.

I am looking for an online training course that is instructor lead for different certs.  I am looking for Comptia (I already have the A+, looking for network and security) as well as Microsoft, other certs are always a plus.

Thank you for the help!

You indicate you've already looked at Microsoft free training.  Do you mean the Microsoft Virtual Academy or the Born to Learn site?
I'm playing with the seven day free trial of   CBTnuggets now, and the lectures I've attended have been reasonably well presented so far, so I might suggest trying the seven day trial.  At a conference a couple years go, I also won a free year of Pluralsight, which I can also honestly say was very good.  (My only complaint, was the sessions I watched were put together by 'famous' IT folks... folks that really know their stuff and have built names for themselves.  They aren't always the best presenters/trainers... but I have high confidence that these folks really know their stuff.)
