We have Exchange 2013 Ru2 v2, we have few public folders, when we create new Pf and click manage permission, i get the error saying Error 500 Unexpected.

also when i click Root Permission, i get the same Error 500 unexpected error.
I ran below cmdlet to see if there any SIDs than user name, But i cannot see anything,

Get-PublicFolder -Recurse \ | Get-PublicFolderClientPermission

I cannot find any SIDs as well.

bellow url not working for me.

Cumulative Update 2 is no longer supported.
I would suggest an upgrade to at least CU 5. CU 7 is due shortly as well.

You must keep Exchange 2013 up to date, it is under constantly development. Many don't believe Exchange 2013 was even production ready until SP1 (aka CU4).

Update the server to start with. There were a lot of changes with public folders in the early updates, you are very out of date.
