Update the server to start with. There were a lot of changes with public folders in the early updates, you are very out of date. <br />

We have Exchange 2013 Ru2 v2, we have few public folders, when we create new Pf and click manage permission, i get the error saying Error 500 Unexpected. <br />
<br />
also when i click Root Permission, i get the same Error 500 unexpected error. <br />
I ran below cmdlet to see if there any SIDs than user name, But i cannot see anything, <br />
<br />
Get-PublicFolder -Recurse \ | Get-PublicFolderClientPerm<wbr />ission<br />

I cannot find any SIDs as well. <br />
