We have a 4.6 virtualized package of QuickBooks 2014. It is hosted on a server and streams to the user machines flawlessly. Sometimes however, a user will work from home and RDP into the server itself. Then QuickBooks will not launch (see attached screenshot).
On the server, the Application Virtualization Client shows QB2014 at 0%. It will attempt to load when asked, but hangs. It will not repair.
There are other Apps  with the same problem (will not load on the server) but there are apps that do load and work.

The package URL uses "rtsp" and points to the same type of path that the functional apps use.

Would help to attach or OCR screenshot as referred in question.
Permanently 0% means that user has no access to cache most likely (permissions, not removed disk)
